Ok, I am finally posting details about the Fat Pusher Challenge from my other recent post HERE.

Just to bring everyone up to speed, in that video I opened up about being a really big guy, and issued two challenges to us all.

The First challenge is simple.
The “Fat Friendly” Challenge: Simply to be encouraging to any big rider you encounter, and to encourage your bigger friends in their attempts to regain their health.

The second challenge is a little more fun and I encourage everyone to do it with me and invited those who live in the area to join me.
The “Fat Pusher” Challenge: This challenge is that if you are a big rider, push yourself to do a ride longer than you have done yet this year. The date is to be over Labor Day Weekend.

With that, here are the details for my “Fat Pusher”

Date: August 31, 2019
Time: 9:00 am
Location: River Bends Park, Shelby, MI (MAP HERE)

My goal will be to ride 5 full laps or more during the day. At one time it was easy for me to rack up miles, and I want to get a little of that back on my journey. I really want to make this ride “Rob’s Fat Fifty,” so we will see how it goes.

As I said, all are invited to join me. Big people are encouraged to participate. Everyone is welcome to encourage. If you live out of my local area but want to be a part, drop a comment and let me know. Or you can comment on the facebook page. If you want to share your ride with me on the way, snap a picture and post it to Instagram and use #fatpusherchallenge and tag me HERE

I look forward to pushing myself with you!
